Nigerian and Nantes forward Moses Simon has splashed out cash to help Nigerians at home during this difficult period due to the lockdown.

Kaduna state Governor , Mallam Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai who tested positive to the dreaded Covid19 last week has ordered a dawn to dusk curfew between 6am and 6pm to curb the spread of the disease which in effect will limit people from going out to earn their daily bread in this trying period.

Reacting to the partial lockdown in the state, Nigerian winger Moses Simon who is on loan to Nantes FC from Levante showed his milk of human kindness by splashing out a sum of 2 million naira to be shared among 400 people in his Kaduna community.

Speaking to OJBSPORT on the phone, Moses said “in this unprecedented times, where people have had to shut down business and put their hustle to hold, meaning people are going to have difficulties providing for themselves and for their loved ones, what we need is to help each other and this is how I felt I could help and I hope it will make a difference to someone in need”
