The 2020 Formula 1 season has been affected by the global pandemic, with the first 10 races either cancelled or postponed and a new proposed date of July 5 in Austria. The F1 body has released a provisional schedule ahead of the restart.

To have a certified Formula 1 season, a minimum of 8 Grand Prix must be raced. The body has provided a temporary schedule of out how the season could look like albeit without the fans.

According to the provisional schedule, Austria will host a back to back races on July 5 and July 12 while Hungary host the next race on July 19. The British Grand Prix takes over another double race on August 2 and 9.

Spain is next on August 16, Belgium on August 30 and Italy on September 6.
