Arsenal’s disappointing loss to relegation threatened side Brighton has generated a whole lot of angry reactions from fans, and pundit. Popular Disc Jockey who doubles as a Singer, DJ Cuppy, released an emotional statement about Arsenal, after she confirmed that, she has left the club, spending 6 years a supporter.

The ‘Gelato’ Crooner expressions look, while talking summarizes the level of shame, agony she has been through as a Arsenal fan. She apologized to those who feel disappointed about her move, but reiterated that, she as had enough heartbreak as fan of the club. While many fans are curious to know her next move, Cuppy stated that, she is not ready to move on.

DJ Cuppy’s Statement

“I understand, a lot of people are upset about my decision to leave after six years of been a gunner, i wanted to come and explain my situation, the heartbreak is too much, i cant do it anymore. After today’s loss there is only so much i can take. During this difficult time, i will like the press to respect the privacy of myself as we find a new home, am not ready to move on, i don’t want to move on too fast, i have to find a place that i can call my football club, i know there is a lot of rumors, but i am not ready to move on yet.”

Arsenal team have been characterized with some defensive buffoonery, lack of creativity coupled with injury worries. When Mikel Arteta took over the helm of affairs at the club, some fans wanted a quick-fix, but some believe it will take a gradual process to fix that Arsenal team. Looking much more difficult for the Spaniard.

The Gunners have just won nine games this season, with 13 draws and eight loss. It is looking increasingly unlikely that Arsenal may not even make the Europa League spot, talk-less of the Champions League.

The loss against Brighton means Arsenal have lost the second consecutive game, since the restart of the Premier League conceding 5 goals in two matches, but could only net one, in return.

Next up for the Gunners will be a visit to the St Mary’s to face Southampton who have been in an impressive form lately, especially with their recent victory against Norwich City. It is left to be seen, how Arsenal will react after consecutive loss against Manchester City and Brighton respectively
