Tuenti Movil Estudiantes Madrid of Spain agreed terms with 29-year-old D’Tigress of Nigeria Power Forward, Atonye Nyingifa.

Atonye who scored 31 points at the 2019 AFROBasket Championship has agreed terms with the Spanish outfit and a move to the side is imminent.

Atonye featured at the FIBA World Cup in Tenerife Spain, winning the 2019 AFRO Basket Championship in Senegal, with the D’Tigress of Nigeria, where she also averaged 6.2 Point Per Game (PPG).
The Power Forward revealed she was set to leave her current club, when she posted on her Insta story.

Tuenti Movil Estudiantes Madrid, a three-time Spanish Cup champions. The club is also well known for its renowned youth programme that has produced many Spanish talents over the years.

Back in May 2012, Tuenti Movil Estudiantes Madrid was relegated for the first time in its history from the top tier of Spanish basketball, but remained in the league.
The aforementioned Nigeria International possess some sublime ball-handling skills, which would be a massive contribution to her new team.
