French U23 International midfielder Matteo Guendouzi could be leaving Arsenal this summer, with several top European clubs showing interest in him.
The former Liorent man has not played for the North London club since they lost away from the emirates to Brighton last month. He was issued a warning by English FA following his clash with Neal Murpay after the final whistle. Guendouzi was pictured grabbing Murpay by the neck following an exchange of words with Brighton’s striker.
It was also reported that the 21 year Old midfielder had a heated argument with Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta which has resulted for him being omitted from the match day squad for the last four games. Guendouzi also had a fight with team mate Sokratis during the Gunners warm weather training in Dubai few months ago.
The club’s officials has requested an apology from the French man for his actions but he has refused to tender apologies, and this has angered the Arsenal Boss who won’t tolorate such act in his team and has informed the club to move the French midfielder this summer.
Guendouzi on his part is not short of suitors, And according to reports from (L’equipe) clubs like Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint Germain have all shown interest in his service and Arsenal has placed a €40m valuation for the Frenchman.
