According to Sky Germany report, Schalke 04 midfielder Weston McKennie want to leave the club with a German club Hertha Berlin and the Merseyside clubs (Liverpool and Everton) interested in him.
The United States international confirmed earlier that moving to the Premier League would be a dream move, with Sky citing CBS Sport who suggest Liverpool, Wolves, Newcastle United and Everton are interested in McKennie.
The 21-year-old America midfielder have been in Schalke 04 since 2016 after leaving FC Dallas and was first in to the Schalke 04 academy before breaking in to first team in May 2017.
McKennie made his first start in September 2017 and he had already signed a 4 year-contract with the German club in 2016 that was expected to expire 2020 but extended his stay to 2022.
Schalke 04 are in no rush to sell the american they will only listen to offers from other clubs if they receive €25 million.
McKennie made 28 appearances in the just concluded 2019/2020 Bundesliga season, scoring 3 goals.
