Nigeria international and KV Kortrijk forward Terem Moffi, has been linked with a move to Ligue 1 side, Stade Brestois 29.
The French Ligue 1 side are willing to pay a club record transfer fee of €5million , to land the KV Kortrijk striker, according to various media reports.
The former FK Riteriai forward scored 20 goals in 29 appearances for the Vilnius side.
Moffi joined Kortrijk from FK Riteriai in January this year. He scored fout goals in seven appearances accumulating a total of 451 minutes action of play before the halt of football actions due to the global pandemic.
According to a source, Kortrijk is willing to let the 21-year-old Nigerian striker go for €5million and the Brest side are willing to get the deal sorted after their inability to sign Ligue 2 Clermont striker Adrian Grbic to newly promoted side FC Lorient.
If the deal is sealed, it’s going to be a new challenge for the young striker to grow and ply his trade on another level, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Neymar, Mbappe and other top players in the French league.
