Arsenal are ready to listen to offers for many of the first team players including German World Cup winner Shkodran Mustafi.
According to reports from @David_Ornstein, Arsenal are willing to listen to offers for Rob Holding, Sokratis and Mustafi as the North London club look to bring in at least two top Centre backs to booster their leaky defence. @David_Ornstein also stated that the Gunners hierarchy wants to get rid of out of favour midfielder Matteo Guendouzi as well, with the French U23 International also willing to leave the Emirates stadium this summer after being freezed out of the first team by head coach Mikel Arteta due to displinary issues.
There are also suggestions that the club are willing to listen to offers for Uruguayan defensive midfielder Lucas Torreira who joined the club in the summer of 2018 from Italian club Sampdoria.
Arsenal has already compiled a list of transfer targets this summer with one of the major priority been Atletico Madrid’s Thomas Partey who has a release clause of €50m. The 27 years old Ghanaian International is keen on a move to Premier league and talks has already begun between the both clubs. Mikel Arteta also wants to bring in a wide player that can operate from the left side of the attack with Crystal Palace’s ace Wilfred Zaha being muted as one of the targets having failed in their attempts to land him last summer.
Arsenal has a very limited transfer budget this summer having missed out on Champions league football in four consecutive seasons. Their main hope of raising funds to land their transfer targets this summer is by discarding the players they felt are surplus to requirements at the moment.
