Chelsea have reportedly launch an offer to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Marc Andre ter stegen to replace Spanish goalkeeper Kepa.

Cadena ser, has reported that the London team have submitted an undisclosed fee for the experience German goalkeeper.

According to the report Marc Andre ter stegen is also wanted by German champions Bayern Munich as he looks to replace Manuel Neuer.

Kepa who was signed for a record fee of £72 million have since faced criticism over his performance, and the Londoners are reportedly looking to offload the Spaniard this summer to recoup their £72 million they paid for the Spanish goalkeeper in 2018 to replace Thibaut Courtois, however they are struggling to attract interest for him.

The blues have also been linked to Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana who also want to leave the club.

Chelsea who have already secured the signings of Ajax winger Hakim ziyech and Leipzig striker Timo Werner are looking to remould their squad for the 2020/2021 season.

According to a report by ESPN, Barcelona will offer Marc-Andre ter Stegen an improved contract before the end of the year to reflect his growing importance at the club.

Fc Barcelona have named the Shot stopper as “untransferable” and will not accept any offer for the German goalkeeper.
