After departing the Belgium Jupiler League side Club Brugge, Bafana Bafana of South Africa striker Percy Tau has returned to Belgium as he secured another loan deal with another Belgian side Anderlecht, OJB Sport reports.
Tau has a successful loan spell last season with Club Brugge when his parent club, English premier league side Brighton Hove Albion loaned him to the Club .
Former Mamelodi Sundown forward on Monday returned to Belgium and signed a year loan contract with Anderlecht without an option of extension.
Tau began his career with Mamelodi Sundowns in the Premier Soccer League. He made his professional debut for the club on 25 February 2014 in the league against Orlando Pirates.
He signed a four-year in the summer of 2018 contract with English Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion, for an undisclosed transfer fee.
After spending a season with Belgian second division side , Tau signed for Belgian side Club Brugge on loan for the 2019–20 season.
He made his debut for the club on the 2 August against Sint-Truiden where he scored in the club’s 6–0 home victory.
He made such an impression that season, including in a cup match at Anderlecht.
The South African took a great start last year, captured a lot of supporter hearts and at the end of the season he scored 3 goals in 18 appearances for Brugge.
