Paris Saint Germain are looking to strengthen their attack force and according to various reports, the Capital side have registered their interest in Manchester United striker Jude Odion Ighalo.

The 31-year-old returned to the Premier League from China when he joined Manchester United on loan in January. The former Udinese, Granada and Watford striker has impressed in patches, scoring five goals in 18 appearances.

The first exchanges have taken place in recent days between the Parisian sports director and the representatives of the 2019 Afcon highest goal scorer.

Ighalo is not, however, the only offensive track dug by PSG in a necessarily particular transfer window, which still promises to be very long. But the first concrete sign of interest is very real.

If Ighalo were to go to Paris, there would be little that the Red Devil’s could do to stop it. For the player himself, the offer of a permanent contract at one of Europe’s top clubs could be an offer too good to refuse.
