Premier league side Aston Villa had a mixed season with them beating the drop which granted them another season of playing in the English Premier league. Their stand out player Jack Grealish was a sought-after player before the Coronavirus break with many sides getting linked to him, but since the restart the level of interest in him as suddenly dropped.

Surprisingly he’s lacking suitors in the transfer market this summer and it’s reported that his team may have reduced or spoilt his own hopes of a move away from Villa Park due to the price tag on him.

The English man was among the stars that carried Villa throughout the season, and he scored a vital goal which kept the club in the Premier League for another year as they battled a host teams to survival.

It’d be very hard for Jack Grealish to get his big money move to a big club in this current situation, because so many big teams are not willing to spend a lot of money due to the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Teams like Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City are not interested in the move for Jack Grealish, but Manchester United are said to be the most interested suitor.

Even the United hierarchy that wants him are not making him their top most priority at the moment as they set their full focus on Jadon Sancho, though United are said to be willing to sign both lads and hopeful about the prospects of being able to afford both.

Other top Premier League sides might be finding it hard to get Jack Grealish due to finance issues but that’s not the case for City as they’d not be able to guarantee Grealish a starting berth, resulting in the situation that they’d not be willing to pay such a huge amount for someone who’s not guaranteed of starter’s shirt.

If Aston Villa had been relegated, the Villa skipper would’ve been out of the club much more faster than this and for a less price. The top flight survival has significantly increased Villa’s negotiating stand, and so it’s not certain if any agreement can be re with anyone.

The young man desperately needs a move away from Villa Park but his dream of doing that soon is on the verge of not materializing, he’d hope that Aston Villa lower their asking price. He’d be a great addition to the any of the top six sides apart from Manchester City who have a star studded squad already.
