Super Eagles defender Olaoluwa Aina is set to join EPL new boys Fulham on a season long loan from Italian side Torino.
The move comes after Fulham and Torino both agreed to a sum of €2..5m for the former Chelsea full back.
Sky Sport Italia reports that the deal includes an option to buy Ola Aina for €12.5m, but there are indications that it’d be an obligation to buy.
Aina moving to the craven cottage is a return to his home town, due to the fact that he was born in London.
Aina played first team football with Chelsea, but due to his hunger for more minutes he joined Hull City on loan for 2017-18, and then made a return back to Chelsea.
The 23-year-old moved from Chelsea to Torino in 2018 on loan before the Turin based club made his stay permanent for €10m a year after.
If Fulham make his stay permanent and then he makes a move to another club in the future, Torino will receive 10 per cent from the transfer fee.
Ola made 62 Serie A appearances for Torino, scoring one goal and bagging five assists in the process.
He was part of the Super Eagles squad that won bronze at the 2019 African Cup Of Nations in Egypt.
