Super Eagles and Nantes FC forward Moses Simon has declared his intentions to improve his game and aim for more goals.
Speaking in the press conference ahead of the week four Ligue 1 fixture against Saint Étienne, the Club’s player of the year positively revealed.
“Last season was very good for me and I hope to get better this year, because my goal has always been to improve and to support the team. We are working and training hard to improve collectively as a team.”
The Kaduna born forward dismissed any form of doubt and pressure on his playing abilities.
“The fact that I haven’t scored do not make me doubt my abilities, it’s my job as a forward to score and provide assists. I don’t necessarily need to look at stats to push myself”
Nantes FC have earned four points from three games. Hopefully, they’ll get the maximum three points as they host Les Verts at the Stade de la Beaujoire. The visiting team are yet to concede a goal this season.
