Chelsea is looking to move Antonio Rudiger away from the Stamford Bridge this summer.

Frank Lampard has informed the former Stuttgard defender that he is not in his plan this season after a show down talk with the manager at the end of last season. Rudiger has not featured in any of Chelsea’s Premier league games this season.

Kourt Zuma, Christiensen, Fikayo Tomori and new signing Thiago Silva are all ahead of Rudiger in the club’s perking order this season. Rudiger is said to be very reluctant to leave the club as he is comfortable with life in London. However the German defender might have a change of heart before the end of transfer window if he continues to be denied playing opportunities by Frank Lampard.

The 27-year-Old defender joined Chelsea from AS Roma for a reported fee of £29 million on a five-year deal in July 2017. He has made a total of 80 appearances for the club in all competitions and scoring eight goals in the process.

Rudiger is reportedly attracting interest from Seria A and German Bundeslisiga clubs with his former side AS Roma reportedly to be one of the suitors. French Champions PSG are also one of the clubs interested in signing Rudiger this summer.

Chelsea’s has set a price tag of €25m on the defender but are also willing to sanction a temporary loan move for him if there asking price could not be matched by interested suitors.
