German Bundeslisga side Bayern Leverkusen has reached an agreement with Arsenal to sign left back Saed Kolasinac.
According to reports from @BILD Bayern Leverkusen have reached an agreement with Arsenal to sign Saed Kolasinac for a fee of €10m. Personal terms has already been agreed between the player’s representative and that of Leverkusen, and he is expected to have his medicals in German in the next few days.
The Bosnian International defender joined Arsenal from Schalke 04 three seasons ago on a free transfer after making 94 appearances for the German club. He went further to make a total of 78 appearances for Arsenal scoring two goals in the process. Kolasinac has also won 31 caps for the national team of Bosnia so far.
Kolasins has endured a frustrating time since his move to The Emirates stadium due to lost of form. He has not been able to enjoy a consistent playing time at the club. He currently behind Kieran Tierney and Maitland-Niles in the pecking other for the left back spot at Arsenal.
He has informed the club on his desire to leave this summer due to family reasons and playing opportunities. And the club has agreed to grant his wish of a return to Germany to be with his family.
It is going to be a very busy period at Arsenal this week as few players are expected to depart the club either on temporary or permanent basis in order to create space for new arrivals.
