YK Abbas and Akinyele LCDA Football Club, played out a 0-0, in what was a keenly contested affair.

The game went straight to penalties, YK Abbas were abysmal from the spot, as they squandered all four penalties taken, Hassan Lookman and Oliseh Isaac scored two penalties to help Akinyele LCDA FC Usurp YK Abbas 2-0, after shootout.

The second game of the the day featured Swanlux FC and Ambassador FC.

Hamza Musa first-half goal was enough to help Swanlux FC edge-out rusty Ambassador FC, in one of the games played at Olubadan Stadium.

Soccer Ambassadors who were founded November 17, 1993, had a first-half to forget with no real chance on-goal and a couple of mistimed passes, giving a better Swanlux FC side the chance to pummell them with brilliant attacking play.

Despite all chances created by Swanlux they scored only one, which was enough to put them past Soccer Ambassadors.

In a chat with Impact Business Radio Sports crew Rufai Wasiu who is the captain of soccer Ambassador, stated that the team is a club of veterans and legend, but where unlucky to trail Swanlux FC 1-0.
