Super Eagles and Leicester City Striker Kelechi Iheanacho has sounded warning to the Lone stars of Sierra Leone, ahead of the second leg tie going down on Tuesday (Today) Evening. 

In a video that was posted on Social Media, Kelechi Iheanacho was seen telling an opposition player, that the team are angry, after the 4-4 draw recorded at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, in Benin Nigeria.

Iheanacho who was a second-half sub in the first leg, said in pidgin ‘We vex come oo, una try we vex come’ this statement depicts how angry the team are, ahead of the 2nd leg encounter. Meanwhile the Sierra Leonean player, told Kelechi Iheanacho that, they (Sierra Leone) don’t lose in Freetown, but Kelechi replied immediately reiterating that everything is free in Freetown. 

The discussion between this two appears to be jocular, but the tone of Kelechi’s message, proves Nigeria will be coming with a different energy. 

It will be recalled that the Super Eagles of Nigeria squandered a 4-0 lead in the first leg of the encounter, to allow Sierra Leone peg back to finish the game in a draw. 

Nigerians have since expressed their disappointment to the performance of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, the players are set to for a redemption on Tuesday evening. 

Kelechi Iheanacho scored his first international for Nigeria since 2017, in a friendly game against Tunisia in October, The Leicester City striker who is in a rich vein of form, will be hoping to help Nigeria secure a place in the 2022 AFCON.
