Arsenal youngster Bukayo has stated that he is living his dream by playing for England National team and Arsenal first team, and not concerned about him being over used.
The 19-year-old attacker/defender has played a lot of games so far this season for his club, and featured in all the three games for England during the International break. He would as well be certainly in the Arsenal starting line up to face Leeds United this weekend.
Concerns has been raised on if the young star has been overused by both club and Country so far and if he could get burned out as the season progresses.
However Saka has played down the fears of being burn out but rather stated that he’s actually living his dream of getting enough playing opportunities for both club and his country. In his words he has this to say,
“It’s a lot of minutes but as a kid this is what you dream of. So I can’t now turn around & say I don’t want to play it because I am living my dream, playing for England. I played all 3 games – who’d have thought I would do that? So I’m not going to complain. I just have to trust the people in charge will manage me in the correct way and continue to help me thrive and progress as a player”
Bukayo has so far won five caps for England National team and made his first competitive start for the country in the 4 – 0 win over Iceland on Tuesday playing the entire duration of the game.
