Liverpool legendary defender Jamie Carragher has stated that any manager that is coming to Arsenal will suffer because the players are not good enough.

Carragher who was speaking to Sky sports after Arsenal’s defeat to Everton last night stated that the coach is not the cause of Arsenal poor run of form in the league, rather it’s the players that are not good enough.

In his words Jamie has this to say “They can’t sack the manager, certainly not any time this season. Any manager coming into this club, with these players, will have to endure pain, cause they’re just not good enough.”

Arsenal has failed to win a league game since defeating Manchester United at The Old Trafford last month and last night succumbed to a 2 – 1 defeat at Goodison Park to Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton. The Gunners will travel to Stamford Bridge on boxing day to take on Chelsea and a victory at the bridge looks impossible at the moment considering the poor form of Arteta’s side.

They(Arsenal) currently sits on the 15th position on the log with just 14 points from 14 league games so far this season.
