With the city of Madrid experiencing heavy snowfall following storm Filomena, the local team Madrid, requested to postpone the game due to the weather condition.

The duo of Chikwelu Rita and Okeke Chidinma in the colours of Madrid were suppose to welcome Asisat Oshoala’s Barcelona in the round eight fixtures.

The RFEF competition judge has responded to the request of the local team, due to the adverse weather conditions and the closure of the sports facilities that the Madrid City Council has decreed, and has decided to postpone the match on a date and time to be determined.
