Serie A league leaders AC Milan are said to be interested in Fikayo Tomori as they look forward to bring the Anglo Nigerian to San Siro in January.

After Chelsea’s 4-0 FA Cup win over Morecambe, Frank Lampard confirmed Fikayo Tomori is set for a loan move away from Stamford Bridge after making just four appearances this term..

The 23-year-old has featured in just four appearances for the West Londoners this season, and has played a total of 45 minutes in the Premier League.

Earlier in the summer Everton and West Ham wanted to aquire the center half on loan but he decided to stay at Stamford Bridge for a spot.

And ever since the beginning of the year, he has been linked with a move to Premier League outfits Leeds and Newcastle United.

Lampard said: “The situation with Fikayo Tomori is kind of open at the moment.

“There’s a possibility he could be going on loan to get games somewhere else. That would have to be the right solution for him and the club.”

Despiteo Milan’s interest in the Nigerian descent, he’s not their top target. The Milano based outfit are also keen on Strasbourg’s 20-year-old defender Mohamed Simakan.
