The Super Falcons are said to be without the service of five foreign players for the 2021 Turkish Women’s Cup and the Morocco Tour.
The 2021 Turkish Women’s Cup kick-starts from February 15th up until 25th in Antalya, while the two-match tour of Morocco will be held later in the month.
The games serve as a preparation for the 2022 AWCON, where the Super Falcons will be looking forward to qualify for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Barcelona Feminine forward Asisat Oshoala, Athletico Madrid’s Rasheedat Ajibade, Eibar’s Adule Charity, CD Pozoalbense’s Tochukwu Oluehi and Paris FC Chiamaka Nnadozie are the five Nigerians that’d possibly miss thd games.
The PUNCH had a chat with one of the aforementioned players, though she spoke on condition of anonymity.

The Falcons have not played a game since they were eliminated from the Olympic Games qualifiers by Ivory Coast in October 2019 at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.
