Super Egales and Galatasary midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo, has assured Nigerians of nothing less than a victory against their opponents in the remaining AFCON Qualifiers.

The Super Eagles quest to make it to the finals of the African Mundial suffered a setback after they picked up two points out of a possible six in their double header clash against the Leone stars of Serie Leone.

The 2019 Stoke City player of the year however reiterated that the mistakes against Sierra Leone on matchday three at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium will not repeat itself in their last two qualification matches.

“I can assure you guys that it is not going to repeat itself again because it’s like a lesson learnt but the most important thing is this game coming up on Saturday,” Etebo said to reporters, including Channels TV.

“It’s just for us to get a win and then we can come back home to celebrate that we’ve qualified already.”

A point is what the Super Eagles need to book their place at next year’s finals and in their bid to do that, they face Benin Republic at Port Novo on Saturday evening and the play host to Lesotho on Tuesday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.
