D’Tigress of Nigeria forward Evelyn Akhator continue to show her prowess from both end of the court for Flammes Carolo, as she scored a joint team-high 18 points 6 rebounds in Flames Carolo 68-55 loss to Szekszard in the third place match of the Euro Women Cup.
The Nigerian international also recorded a steal and a block in the encounter. She is averaging 14 Point Per Game 6 Rebounds Per Game in her last four for Flammes in the EuroCup.
It would be recalled that Valencia defeated Flammes in the Semi-final denying the French outfit a chance to win the trophy for the first time in the club’s history, they will have to settle for a 4th place finish, after loss to Szekszard.
