Watford striker and talkSPORT Pundit Troy Deeney has hinted that Manchester city’s Pep Guardiola has ‘fallen out of love’ with Sergio Aguero and the Manchester City legend is unlikely to have any part in the team’s push for the Champions League title.

He also believes that the manager has ‘lost trust’ in the Argentine striker who is arguably city’s greatest player ever .

When Asked if the manager should have brought Aguero off the bench against PSG to kill the tie in the first-leg, Deeney said: “No.

“From what I see with Pep, I think he’s fallen out of love with Aguero.

“For whatever reason, I don’t know whether it’s injuries or just not getting much out of him any more…

“He’s just at a crossroads where he’s going to move on.

“Aguero is an unbelievable striker, world-class, the goals are there.

“I just think in the Champions League Pep doesn’t trust him any more.”

Aguero who is city’s all time highest goal scorer have played just few games after coming back from a long time injury ,he will hope to get some minutes when city host Paris Saint German in the champions league.

City have the chance to progress to their first ever European Cup final on Tuesday when they host Paris Saint-Germain at the Etihad Stadium in the second leg of their semi-final clash.

City have a 2-1 advantage after coming back from a goal to seal a crucial away victory in the French capital last week.
