Former Everton and England midfielder Leon Osman has urged premier league teams to sign Super Eagles hopeful Ademola Lookman.

Lookman is currently on a season long loan at Fulham in the Premier League from RB Leipzig and has been transfer listed by his parent club.

In what is seen as a dismal season for the Cottagers, Lookman has been the shining light as he has contributed to 36% of the team’s goals.

With the London side however heading for a quick return to the EFL Championship, it’d be hard to see the 23 year old in a Fulham shirt next term.

Despite Osman waxing lyrical about the Anglo Nigerian, he advised that he [Lookman] has to improve on his consistency.

“When he joined Everton he was young and raw, his ability is unquestionable. He has such skill,” Osman said on Premier League Productions’ Premier League Today on Wednesday morning.

“What he has lacked up till this point is consistency, I think you’ve started to see that more and more in his time this season at Fulham – he’s started to get more end product.

“That’s a chance that that club will take. Will they feel they can get more consistency out of him because if they can, then he’s certainly a player that you want in your squad.

“He’s somebody that can unlock the door of the opposition and they are quite hard to find”.

Leicester City are being strongly linked to the former Everton youngster and also a return to the Red Bull Arena is also on the cards as the incoming gaffer would love to give a clean sheet to every player.
