Super Eagles and Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho is up for a Premier League award once again as his goal against the Eagles is amongst the goals nominated for the Premier League Goal Of The Month.

The official website of the Premier League revealed it that Seniorman Kelz’s goal against Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium in April has been nominated alongside seven others.

Iheanacho helped Leciester City’s course for the top four as he scored the winning goal against the London side at the King Power Stadium on matchday 33.


The 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup winner received a long pass from Johnny Evans which he controlled with his right foot, he shifted the ball to his left before striking past Vicente Guaita in the 80th minute.

Kelechi scored four goals in the month of April with him scoring against West Ham (2), West Brom (1) and Crystal Palace (1).
