Manchester United are preparing to hand Jadon Sancho a five year deal worth about £350, 000 a week upon signing for the Manchester club.
Manchester United have agreed terms to offer Jadon Sancho £350k weekly wages if he joins the club this summer. But United have had their £67m bid for the 21-year-old turned down by Borussia Dortmund who are reluctant to bring down their asking price for the winger.
Borussia Dortmund have valued the youngster to worth £77.5m (€90m) and will not hesitate to sell him if Manchester United meet his price valuation. This is because the German club are determined to release only one star and are doing everything possible to keep Erling Braut Haalan at the club, resisting pressures from Chelsea and other clubs to lure the Norwegian out of Signal Iduna Park.
United manager, Ole Gunnar Solksjear is keen on sharpening the attacking department of his team against next season and has been a long admire of the England international. Recall can be made to when United rescinded to sign Sancho back in October last year due to his exorbitant price tag, wages and agent commission.
In a conversation with TalkSport, Sancho admitted that there are speculations surrounding his future with Dortmund and the possibility of seeing the exit door at the club. But he his poised to achieve good outing in the Euro 2020 and will not allow those speculations to affect his game.
” I’m cool about it. There’s always going to be speculation, especially when you do well. It’s just how you handle that on the pitch. If you keep on doing that then I’m sure that won’t be a problem because the main thing is my football and that’s what I’m focused on.”
With the likelihood of Jadon Sancho pocketing £350k a week once he joins Manchester United this summer, he will become the 2nd-highest paid player in the club only behind David De Gea who also is in doubt to remain at the club.
