The Football Association Women’s Super League has announced that the Women’s Super League 2021/22 season will commence on the weekend of the 3rd to 5th September 2021.

The 11th edition of the Women’s Super League will get under way in about 2 months time with current title holders Chelsea Women looking to defend the title which they claim after narrowly leading Manchester City Women with a 2 point gap at the summer of the table in the 2020/21 campaign and the likes of newly promoted Leicester City’s Women — who won the FA WSL championship will be looking to make their mark in the elite division of women football in England.

The FA authority has confirmed that the full list for the game fixtures and event schedules will be released next month ahead of the 2021/22 season and clubs like Reading FC, Birmingham FC have resumed preseason trainings with other teams hoping to kickstart their preseason tour as from next month.
