Premier League newsboys, Brentford, have agreed a deal with FC Midtyjlland for the procurement of Nigerian midfielder Frank Onyeka.
He becomes the second Nigerian to join a premier league club during this summer transfer window after Watford signed Dennis Bonaventure yesterday from Club Brugge..
Danish Newspaper confirmed Onyeka’s switch from the Danish league to the English Premier League.
Just like Super Eagles assistant captain (William Troost-Ekong) joined Watford from her sister club Udinesse, Onyeka is also joining Brentford from her sister club FC Midtjylland.
The Super Eagles midfielder’s move is however subject to medicals and he is currently on his way from Nigeria to Copenhagen for it.
The medicals will however happen on the 23rd of June in Copenhagen instead of London, the city where Brentford are based.
Onyeka made 123 appearances for the Danish champions.
