Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon forward Henriette Michèle Akaba has began the operation of a Nongovernmental organization.

The nonprofit organization named in her name Foundation Henriette Michèle Akaba & Amis is dedicated towards rendering assistance towards the poor and needy ultimately contribute significantly to the development of Cameroon as a whole.

Based on the principle of mutuality, free association and social action, Foundation Henriette Akaba & Amis has since it inception in 2021 began activities portraying it aims and objectives with the most recent of it expenditure occurring on June 19 when the foundation visited orphans in the local area of Zalom, Yaoundé to share the birthday cake of it founder Henriette Akaba among the orphanage children. The visitation which also had the presence of the Mayor of the municipality of Yaoundé 6 and also the captain of Cameroon national female football team Ms Augustine Siliki Edjangue.

Founding partner of Foundation Henriette Akaba & Amis — Henriette Michèle Akaba plies her trade for French Division 1 Feminine side ASJ Soyaux and has made 50 appearances for the Indomitable Lioness scoring a total of 24 goals.
