SD Huesca have pegged their asking price for Nigerian midfielder Kelechi Nwakali with the Spanish side requesting for the sum of €15m.
Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing the 23-year-old midfielder who had a beautiful campaign towards the end of the season.
Nwakali joined Huesca in the summer of 2019 from Premier League side Arsenal after failing to secure first team football in his three year stay at the north London side.
The 2015 FIFA World Cup golden ball winner made five appearances in the first half of the 2020-21 season but shone like a million stars when he joined La Liga Smart Bank side Alcorcon on loan and four goals in 18 games to keep the Yellows in the league.
The Athletic however reports that Leeds have a serious gaze at Nwakali with the Telegraph also claiming that Watford and Bournemouth are also keen on the midfielder.
Watford currently have four Nigerians on their books and are almost completing the deal for Peter Etebo also, if Kelechi joins then that makes it 6 Nigerians in the Hornets team.
