FC Robo queen manager who double as the team chairman, Emmanuel Osahon has express his displeasure and the possible danger on Nigeria Women football league over the influx of Nigerian descent foreign born player into the Super falcon
Osahon frown at the disparity in which those players born out of the country are being given chances over the home grown super stars.
Meanwhile, since the appointment of Super falcon coach he has invited more than 15 players born out of the shore of the country to the team
OJB sports gathered that some of these invited foreign born players are bid to debut for super falcon at the maiden edition of Aisha Buhari Invitational Tournament in September
According to Emmanuel Osahon, “I am not happy, honestly, it is like they are trying to derail the course of Nigeria Women Football League. In recent times NWFL has produced star players for the national teams.
Four-time Africa’s best is a product of NWFL and many other players but you are abandoning those players for some girls in the college because they signify interest to play for Nigeria at the detriment of locally grown players, then there is a problem” he said.
