Anglo-Nigerian forward Rinsola Babajide has sealed a move to Brighton & Hove Albion.

In what was shambolic season for Liverpool ladies, Babajide shone like a million stars with her emerging as the best player of the 2018/19 season for the Merseyside outfit.

Rinsola who has Nigerian roots has previously played for Millwall Lioness, Watford Ladies and has represented England at the U21 level.

She has also received call ups to the English Lioness’s camp but can still represent Nigeria just like Ashley Plumptre of Leicester City.

Babajide is the second Nigerian to feature for the female team of Brighton & Hove Albion with Super Falcons forward Ini Umotong previously featuring for the Sea Gulls.

The 23 year old will play her football in the FA WSL for Hope Powell’s side on loan from Liverpool.

The pacy winger has four goals in 33 appearances for Liverpool Ladies.
