Super Eagles hopeful, Bright Osayi Samuel is reportedly on the radar of Scottish giants with a summer move being touted for the Nigerian born.
Rangers and Celtic will battle each other for the Fenerbahce winger after claim have surfaced that the Istanbul side are willing to lower their asking price.
Samuel signed up for the Turkish Super Lig club in January 2021 on a free after initially agreeing a pre-contract move.
The Anglo-Nigerian forward played 19 times in the Turkish Super Lig last term with him bagging just a goal and an assist.
With Bright having a hard time in Instabul, he’d be eyeing an exit from the Turkish giants this summer.
Rangers have been extensively linked to the player – as have Old Firm rivals Celtic – with both reportedly retaining an interest before a deal with Fenerbahce was struck [Glasgow Times].
However, both Old Firm clubs have been linked again this summer with earlier reports suggesting Fenerbahce wanted €5m (£4.3m) to see the player move [Takvim via Inside Futbol].
Fanatik are also claiming that Rangers and Celtic are leading the race for Osayi-Samuel with Fenerbahce willing to listen to reasonable offers.
Osayi-Samuel is available for as little as €3m (£2.6m) with both parties ready to part ways after a terrible six months in Turkey.
