The 16 teams, which comprises of teams in Nigeria and neighboring country Ghana were today drawn into four different groups which will compete for honours from the 10th to the 24th of October 2021, at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

2021 Aiteo Cup Champions, Bayelsa Queens have been drawn with beaten finalist, FC Robo Queens in group B of the 2021 Flying Officers Cup in the repeat of the final game which took place at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.

The two clubs are joined by Osun Babes and Prince Kazeem Eletu Queens FC.

Group A houses newly promoted Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership side, Naija Ratels FC alongside
Ghana Police Ladies FC, Royal Queens of Warri, and Honey Badgers.

2021 TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League campaigner and 2020/2021 NWFL Premiership Champions, Rivers Angels were drawn in Group C with Confluence Queens, Sunshine Queens, and Oasis Ladies FC while Group D comprise of Nasarawa Amazons, Edo Queens, Lakeside Queens, and Dannaz Ladies FC.
