France and Manchester United midfielder Paul Labile Pogba has revealed that he his still in talks with his former teammates in Juventus.

The 28-year-old World Cup winner returned to Manchester United in the summer of 2016 from Juventus, for a club-record fee, and was greeted with much fanfare.

Pogba played at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin on Thursday evening when France fought back from 2-0 at halftime to beat Belgium by 3-2 in the Nations League semi-final.

Speaking to Sport Mediaset, Pogba said “We started very well, with 25 quality minutes moving the ball around well, but they hurt us on the counter-attack, where they are very strong.”

“So we defended, got deeper and deeper, we stopped playing with the ball and conceded that second goal that was a real blow.”

“However, it was a completely different match in the second half, a different team and we played like France. It was tough for Belgium, I’m sure, it reminded me of our defeat in the Euros with Switzerland.”

France will now play Spain in the final at the San Siro stadium in Milan on Sunday evening. Italy go head-to-head with Belgium in Turin for third place.

Pogba did not hold back his joy of playing in Turin again and with his Manchester United contract running down in June, the reports remain he could return to the Old Lady as a free agent.

When asked if he still has any connection with the players in Juventus, Paul Pogba said, “I still speak with the former Juventus players. I am at Manchester United and i have One year left on my contract. I want to finish this season with my club, then we will see. If I feel good in Turn? Yes (laughs).”

The Parisian born midfielder has made 215 appearances for the Red Devils, contributing 38 goals and 49 assists.
