Former Chelsea and Aston Villa captain John Terry, says he his looking forward to visiting Nigeria.
The 40-year-old played alongside John Mikel Obi at Chelsea and won numerous trophies with the London team before joining Aston Villa in 2017.
John Terry joined Aston Villa on a one-year contract as club captain, playing 32 games in the season. He then returned to the club a year later, becoming assistant head coach of Dean Smith’s coaching team.

“I am looking forward to coming, I have never being there before. I have obviously a very good teammate John Obi Mikel who is a legend. He’s told me many times JT (John Terry) you have to come to Nigeria. it’s a beautiful place.
“And you know what, when football get on the way are very busy, so I have never been out. Now I’m retired, I’m looking forward to coming, meeting the supporters. I have a big following on social media from Nigeria.” John Terry said to Channels.
This is the first time in Nigeria that EPL and La Liga Kings of football will engage in a football game, alongside the best of the NPFL players.
