Super Eagles and Napoli forward Victor Osimhen is set to be out for at least the next two months after fracturing both his orbital and cheek bone in a violent head clash with Inter Milan Skriniar this weekend.

Napoli suffered their first defeat in the league on Sunday at the San Siro 2-3 to Inter and also lost their top scorer this season, Victor Osimhen, nine goals in 14 approaches.

Osimhen was transferred to the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, after the collusion on Slovakian and Inter Milan defender, Milan Skriniar. Osimhen will have to undergo surgery and will be out for at least two months.

Instrumental tests carried out on Victor Osimhen at the end of the Inter-Napoli match revealed multiple displaced fractures of the orbit and left cheekbone. The footballer will undergo surgery in the next few days. The club statement stated.

Osimhen will miss the Europa League trip away to Spartak Moscow of Russia. And may likely miss the return leg against Leicester on the ninth of December. Napoli currently tops the group with seven points, Legia are on six, Leicester five and Spartak Moscow sit bottom of the table with four points.
