Ligue 1 leaders, Paris Saint Germain welcome Monaco tomorrow at the Parc des Princes in Paris and PSG’s coach, Mauricio Pochettino has said they have to be focused against the visitors.

The French capital club have an 11-point lead at the top of the Ligue 1 standings which means that the title is already theirs to lose.

PSG were held to a draw by Lens away and Nice at home in their previous league encounters and will be hoping to bounce back to wining ways.

“The Ligue One is very competitive and that’s why we need to be professional. Yesterday we saw Nantes came from two goals down to defeat Lens.” Pochettino said in the press conference.

“We have to be focused, concentrate and give our best tomorrow to try to win the game.”

Paris Saint Germain are the only team unbeaten at home in the league. While they may be hoping to end the year in style, the former Tottenham coach is hoping they can end the year in style.

“I think the target is to win, we are not thinking about losing, the target is to win, that’s the mentality. It’s the last game with our fans this season, so I think we will create a good atmosphere.”

“They are amazing when they are there, and help translate the energy to the team. That is amazing, and I hope tomorrow we can create that amazing feeling.” He concluded.

Sergio Ramos is out injured and won’t be part of the team tomorrow.
