Nigerian international, Rasheedat Ajibade scored two goals in her side’s 6-1 win to take her goal tally to three goals in eleven liga games for Atlético Madrid this season.
The FC Robo Queens product opened the scoring for the hosts in the tenth minute but the celebration was short lived as Paula Perea equalized for the visitors just seven minutes later.
Ajibade converted Madrid’s third with her second goal in the first half added time after Maria Santos had restore the lead in the 34th minute.
She could have added more in the second half as she saw her effort brushed the post but Barbara was in the right place to capitalized on the rebound.
The Nigerian was substituted in the 75th minute, at the same time Thembi Kgatlana and Ludmila was brought to play. The two substitutes proved to be effective scoring Atlético’s remaining goals respectively.
At the other end, Grace Asantewaa of Ghana national was an unused substitute for Real Betis.
