Super Eagles technical adviser has opened up on how the three times champions will approach their round of 16 game against Tunisia tomorrow at the Roumde Adjia stadium.

At the match presser of the Nigeria versus Tunisia game, coach Austine Eguavoen was quizzed about the squad’s preparation for the knockout stages.

Cerezo as he’s fondly called replied saying that his team will continue to approach every game with the same mentality and determination.

“We must approach every game with urgency and there’s no gonna be difference from this one. If you lose the game you’re going home, if you win you’ll continue to be in the tournament.

“That’s why we’ve to treat this game with the same respect, same approach and the same determination.” Austin told the media.

Nigeria triumphed over all her opponents in the group stage (Egypt, Sudan and Guinea-Bissau).

The three time AFCON champions will face Tunisia in the round of 16 on Sunday by 8pm(NGA).

At the last edition of AFCON, Nigeria defeated Tunisia at the third place match in Egypt by a lone goal courtesy of Odion Ighalo.
