Having scored her 131st and 132nd goals for Paris Saint-Germain against Guingamp on matchday 14 of the D1, Marie-Antoinette Katoto has surpassed all other players in the club’s history as the club’s all-time greatest scorer.

Marie-Laure Delie, who scored 131 goals in a Paris Saint-Germain shirt between 2007 and 2018, has been passed by the French international in the scoring charts.

Marie-Antoinette Katoto joined Paris Saint-Germain as a 12-year-old in 2011 and remained with the club throughout her whole youth career. In 2016, she was a member of the U19 women’s squad that won the French Championship.

“MAK” scored the first of her 132 goals in 148 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain against Rodez in May 2015, just a few months after making her professional debut with the club.

With 22 goals in the 2017-2018 season, the Parisian was named the top scorer in the French Championship for the first time. Her winning goal in the Coupe de France final versus Olympique Lyonnais came in the same year she won the French championship.

With 16 goals in the following season, the 23-year-old striker was named the league’s top scorer for the second consecutive season.

This past season, the Colombes native captured her first French Championship title, which was also the first for the Paris Saint-Germain women’s team in its history.

Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who is only 23 years old, has achieved a new world record, and Paris Saint-Germain would like to congratulate her on her achievement.
