Seven Black Stars players have arrived camp ahead of this weekend’s first leg FIFA world cup play-off against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

The Black Stars of Ghana commenced their training session earlier today, with the interim head coach, Otto Addo, and Technical adviser, Chris Hughton present in the first training session.

Goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot of Swidon Town, Manaf Nurudeen of Eupen (Goalkeeper) , Denis Korsah of Cape Coast (defender), Fatawu of Dream FC (midfielder) , Edmund Addo of Sheriff Tiraspol (midfielder), Thomas Partey of Arsenal (midfielder) and Andy Yiadom of Reading FC (defender).

Ghana will play against their West African neighbours for a place in the Mundial scheduled to be hosted in Qatar.

The first leg will be hosted at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on March 25 before traveling to play the second leg four days later.

The winner over two legs will earn one of Africa’s five tickets to the 22nd FIFA World Cup finals, scheduled for 14th November – 18th December this year in Qatar.
