AC Milan Franck Kessie is one step away from Barcelona as the Ivorian has already found an agreement with the Catalona team ahead of next season.
The 25-year-old midfielder’s contract is set to expire at the end of this season.
According to Italian transfer expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, Kessie has already found an agreement with the Blaugrana on the basis of a €6.5m net per season, which is €1.5m more than what Milan were willing to put on the table.
The Ivorian forward wants to win the scudetto with the Rossoneri before saying goodbye after five years. The first goal is to qualify as soon as possible for the Champions League and to then aim for the Scudetto if it is attainable, and even the Coppa Italia.
In the last four matches across Serie A and the cup, Kessie has shown all his ballistic and tactical skills as Stefano Pioli has called upon his strength, determination and physicality in the games against Inter, Napoli, Empoli and Cagliari.
Kessié has six goals and an assist in 26 games this season. His most recent goal for Milan was against Lazio in February.
