Sweden and Milan forward, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has praised Manchester United forward, Anthony Elanga.

The 19-year-old forward broke into Ralf Rangnick’s team and has scored three goals in 18 appearances.

Elanga’s form has earned him his first international call up for Sweden as they prepare to take on Czech in a World Cup play-off.

Ibrahimovic who played alongside Elanga’s father, Joseph Elanga at Malmo, said he was impressed with Elanga’s rise to stardom. Joseph Elanga represented Cameroon at the 1998 World Cup.

“A great talent, we are proud and happy that he comes from Sweden. That he can represent Sweden now makes it even bigger.

“He [Elanga] has all the future ahead of him, and if he continues just as he has done, it looks positive. It’s just fighting, never being content, striving for more. How much he can develop depends on him.” Ibrahimovic said.

The former PSG forward is set to miss Sweden World Cup playoff semifinal game at home against Czech Republic, due to suspension.

Ibra his already preparing for life after football and has urged football fans to enjoy him while he’s still active.

“Enjoy it while I’m on the pitch, because you won’t see anything like it. You’ll see Elanga, I say that with all due respect, but you won’t see Ibrahimovic again, so enjoy while you can.” He concluded.
