Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes was involved in a car crash in the early morning of Monday.
According to Press Association chief football writer, Simon Peach, all parties involved avoid serious injury. The journalist shared an update on Twitter this morning, writing: “Bruno Fernandes was involved in a car crash this morning but thankfully it sounds like all parties avoided serious injuries. The #MUFC playmaker is set to train today.” He tweeted.
The Portuguese star will continue to train as scheduled despite being involved in a car crash.
Fernandes is not having his most prolific season, but after signing a new long-term deal at United, he will be one of the players trying to ensure that this team has a bright future.
It goes without saying that things could be a lot worse for Fernandes this morning, but we are delighted to hear that nobody was injured from the crash.
The 27-year-old will be gearing up for tomorrow night’s Premier League clash against rivals Liverpool.
