Harry Kane scored twice as Tottenham run over their Arsenal rivals; battering them, pounding them into submission at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Antonio Conte’s men knew a win against Arteta’s men will increase their chances of playing in the Champions League next season, and they did just that and more.

Kane converted from the spot to give Tottenham their dream start in the 22nd minute. 11 minutes later, things turned from bad to worse, Rob Holding was sent off for the visitors, after receiving two yellow cards for fouls on Heung-min Son.

The home side extended their lead eight minutes before the break through Harry Kane, when he crouched low and head in from the corner kick.

Reacting after the game, Harry Kane who is not the highest goal scorer in the North London derby with 12 goals said : “We’re not getting ahead of ourselves,” Kane told Sky Sports afterwards. “The ultimate goal is fourth place and we’ve still got work to do.”

Two minutes into the second-half, Kane teed up Son to smash a shot beyond a crowd of defenders to make it 3-0 for Spurs.

“If I say what I think, then I am suspended for six months. I don’t like lying. I prefer not to say what I think. I cannot say what I think. I am so proud of my players. A beautiful game was destroyed.” Said Arteta to Skysports after the game.
