Liverpool came from behind to beat Southampton 2-1 and take the Premier League title race into the final day of the season.

Liverpool, who have lost only two games all season, are now a point behind leaders Man City, with one round of fixture left for both sides.

It wasn’t all rosy for the Reds at St. Mary’s Stadium, though, as Southampton took the lead through Nathan Redmond in the 13th minute. But Jurgen Klopp’s men fought back – Takumi Minamino leveling matters in the 27th minute.

The all-important breakthrough for Liverpool would come in the 67th minute as defender Joel Matip headed his side in front and into the final day with a chance for the title.

Liverpool face Wolves, while Man City take on Aston Villa. Should Liverpool win, Man City must beat Aston Villa to secure the league title.
